Before you call
How much does a service call cost?
The diagnostic is $89, and it's credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead. Before we touch anything you get a firm price for the work, with no hourly surprises at the end.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day appointments depend on where you are and what's already booked, so call early in the day for the best chance. If we can't reach you today we'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
Both parts and labor, for 90 days from the repair. If the same fault comes back in that window, we come back out and there's nothing more to pay.
Which brands do you work on?
All major brands. That includes the built-in and premium names most general repair services turn down: Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Miele and Dacor, alongside Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch and Frigidaire. Also servicing GE Café and GE Monogram.
Do you repair microwaves?
No. We don't service microwaves or air conditioners. Everything else in the kitchen and laundry room we do: refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges and cooktops, ice makers, garbage disposals and wine coolers.
Is it worth repairing, or should I just replace it?
That depends on the appliance's age and what has failed. Sometimes the honest answer is to replace it, and we'd rather tell you during the diagnostic than sell you a repair that doesn't make sense.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Buford and cover 19 communities across Gwinnett, Hall, Forsyth, Barrow, Jackson and North Fulton counties, from Gainesville down to Peachtree Corners and across to Alpharetta and Johns Creek.
